What does "The Purple Eye" Mean?

I have created this preliminary book cover as inspired by a vision. I wanted to share it with you all and describe the symbolism ad meaning behind it.
If you are familiar with the chakra system, you know that the third eye chakra is purple and rests between your eyebrows on your forehead. When I was told in a vision during an Ayahuasca Ceremony that I was going to write a book, I heard a voice tell me it would be called The Purple Eye and I saw this book cover.
I didn't connect the dots at first, until I had remembered another very vivid vision during a previous Ayahuasca ceremony while doing a chakra balancing meditation. When I reached the third eye chakra in my mind, I saw this gorgeous purple eye blink open right in front of me as if it had been sleeping. I had done this meditation many times and this had never happened before. It was so magical!
The third eye chakra is about intuition, inner wisdom and an inner knowing. Later, when I realized what the book would be about, it all started making sense. The Purple Eye is about tuning into my higher self and following MY path rather than a religious, familial, or cultural one. It's about listening to that little voice that is leading me in the right direction. The voice that led me to uncover childhood sexual abuse. More importantly though, the inner wisdom that has helped me to heal the trauma.
The faint triangle progression you see in the background is a symbol I resonated so much with, I actually got it tattooed on my neck in white. A show on Gaia TV called Mystery Teachings was using the visual to explain a concept and I fell in love with it.
The point on the bottom left side represents knowledge. As you trace the line across the bottom edge, you apply the newfound knowledge until you reach the right hand point which is understanding. After you understand something, you share that knowledge within yourself, others, and God or Source. Through this sharing you will reach wisdom at the top point of the triangle. However, the truly beautiful part, is every wise man knows he knows nothing so he goes back down to next point to acquire more knowledge.
I parallel this teaching to the ascension process. We come to Earth to learn, apply, understand, share and grow. The more we are open to this process and aware of it, the easier it will be to effortlessly ascend into greatness. The Purple Eye will show people my greatest strengths as well as my weaknesses. Illustrating ways for other people to ascend and heal in their own journey to greatness.
